When did you start TG?

Where did you join TG from?

The Environmental Dimension Partnership (EDP)

What is the main purpose of your role? Do you have any key specialisms?

As an Associate Landscape Consultant I provide advice on Landscape and Visual matters, be that taking clients and projects through the EIA process of Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA) or early stage strategic advice on projects. Whilst Tyler Grange has only been based in Wales since January 2024, I have been working within the Welsh planning system for a good number of years and bring my expertise back to the area. As a qualified Building with Nature Assessor, I can also provide valuable Green Infrastructure insights to your project and help you guide your proposals to deliver a place to live that’s great for people and wildlife.

What drives you? What are your values? Do you support any initiatives outside of TG?

I’m passionate about strategic landscape design and masterplanning, advising and shaping development from the early stages of a project, ensuring that these Green Infrastructure principles are continued through to submission! I am also a qualified Building with Nature Assessor of which these values closely align with the UK’s only GI Benchmark.

Outside of Tyler Grange I volunteer for the RNLI as a Water Safety Advisor, providing talks and running campaigns within my local area of Cardiff and Penarth to raise awareness amongst a multitude of water users.

What are your interests? Hobbies? Fun facts?

The great outdoors is my passion and keeps me physically and mentally fit so you’ll typically find me either surfing, paddleboarding, hiking or travelling.
