What is the main purpose of your role? Do you have any key specialisms?

The main initial purpose of my role is to help introduce and implement a centralised resourcing model and the build a central resourcing team to help deliver upon this. My key specialism is the ability to bring the best out of everyone, we fee enable the fee earners.

What drives you? What are your values? Do you support any initiatives outside of TG?

TG values are aligned to my own, being part of The Tribe is important – our true potential can only be achieved through our collective collaboration
