Ecology team lead for the North and BNG/bird specialist

What drives you? What are your values? Do you support any initiatives outside of TG?

I don’t want work to feel like work! I want to create a fun environment to work in where everyone feels empowered to make decisions and grow.

What are your interests? Hobbies? Fun facts? 

I love birds and spending time with my little boy showing him the wonders of the natural world no matter how small!
