Operations Director and Ecologist.

What drives you? What are your values? Do you support any initiatives outside of TG?

The TG values drive my everyday. I love mentoring and helping with the continuous improvement of our business to be better for all. I love volunteering with Farms for City Children and also sit on the south west section committee for the Chartered Institute for Ecology and Environmental Management.

What are your interests? Hobbies? Fun facts?

I love food – cooking and eating! – and being in the outdoors spending time with friends and family and exploring wonderful landscapes and wildlife.
