Purpose in action
We shape places where people and nature thrive. Our work fuses expert knowledge with real‑world care to turn development into regeneration. We aim for progress that respects life. Decisions are guided by a triple bottom line mindset (wellbeing, the planet and finance).

Purpose is the reason we exist
Because we’re lucky enough to choose careers we love, we choose to leave our mark where it counts. Cities need homes, fields need wildlife and both need each other. So we design projects that give back more than they take. If we can prove that profit and care grow side by side, others will follow, and the ripple will reach far beyond our sites.

Environmental impact
Triple balance sheet (TBL) – environmental, social and economic impact stay in view, so it’s clear what’s working (and what needs work) across all three
Biodiversity Net Gain – we support BNG from baseline to sign-off, with management and monitoring tailored to each scheme’s requirements, including where we go above what mandatory requirements dictate.
BNG delivery – £454k invoiced across 281 BNG projects (July 2024 to July 2025)
Renewable energy offices – 95%+ of staff now work in offices powered by 100% renewable energy
Carbon literacy – 25–30% of the team are already certified (with most training completed in 2023/24). We’re working towards becoming a Bronze Carbon Literate Organisation, with in-house training planned from 2026
Nature-led design – ecology, arboriculture, landscape planning and green-blue infrastructure work through a multidisciplinary approach, allowing for stakeholder and community engagement
Habitat creation and restoration – new woodlands, wetlands and pollinator corridors target species in decline
Community access to green space – at places like Meon Vale, the benefits take time to establish, so we stay focused on the long game
B Corp sustainability – greener travel, clearer reporting, increased local supplier use, maintenance of preferred supplier listings for the team to choose from, ongoing supply chain alignment and continual progression help us keep raising the bar.
Long-term stewardship – post-build monitoring keeps ecosystems healthy and resilient
