Meet our new starters!

28 Jan 2021

We’re excited to introduce you to our latest hires.

In 2021, with so much going on, we’ve vowed to make it our mission to focus on the positives. Whilst, in the home office, this often means making ourselves a fancy coffee or putting on our favourite socks, today, we have something a little more noteworthy for you!

Say hello to the following members of our tribe;

Amber

Senior Ecological Consultant, London

Amber Perrett

“I have joined TG as a senior ecologist from WSP and have worked on a wide range of projects, with a particular interest in ornithology. Outside of work, you’ll normally find me doing something active such as rock climbing, ultimate frisbee or cycling.”

Kat_C_Profile

Graduate Landscape Consultant, Cotswolds

Kat Cookes

“I have just finished university having completed my master’s degree in Landscape Architecture. I love spending time outdoors with my dogs, taking them for long walks on my family farm. When I’m not walking the dogs, my family love to take advantage of my passion for baking! I’m excited to be starting my career and to continue developing my knowledge and skillsets with such a supportive and collaborative company.”

Tom

Ecological Consultant, Manchester

Tom West

“I joined Tyler Grange from WYG, with a particular interest in bat ecology. Outside of work, you’ll probably find me up a tree, down a cave or within somebody’s loft (searching for… yup, you guessed it, bats!). I have two cats, Winston and Bramble who like to keep me on my toes and this makes fieldwork an even sweeter prospect!

As a long-suffering Preston North End fan (Turf Moor is not a happy place!!!!), I have a great love of ales to take the edge off match days! I love nothing more than sinking a few TG Newted IPAs.

I’m excited to be joining TG during this time of change and can’t wait to work with everyone to provide ecological solutions for your projects!”

Associate Landscape Architect, Birmingham

Suzanne Clampin

“I joined Tyler Grange in December 2020 from WSP. Constantly amazed and inspired by Sir David Attenborough, at a time of climate, health and biodiversity crisis, I aim to provide practical environmental solutions to projects.

If that sounds a bit heavy, rest assured I enjoy getting out for a Saturday morning Parkrun, half-marathon or walk to a trig. I like double digging at my allotment, yoga for peace of mind, travel to foreign lands, a good glass of wine and time spent with family and friends.”
