What is the main purpose of your role? Do you have any key specialisms?

I need to ensure that the business has enough cash and makes enough profit to grow and thrive and build a happy tribe.

What drives you? What are your values? Do you support any initiatives outside of TG?

A thriving TG. A happy business means a happy life for me and more time to have fun in and outside of work! I support our local cricket club by being secretary and help with coaching the junior section.

What are your interests? Hobbies? Fun fact?

Sport Sport Sport! Love playing, attending and watching! Keen Golfer and Cricketer, supporter of The Owls and Yorkshire CCC. Love walking with my wife Jo and Dog Daisy!
