Independence recognition for how we work

Check out how we’re doing things properly. Whether it’s recognition for technical excellence on a complex project or standout results from a team-wide survey, each award reflects the standards we set for ourselves. We’re particularly proud of the Sunday Times awards. They’re a strong signal that what we’re building at TG is working.

We enter awards across regions and categories inside our industry and well beyond it. Not for the trophy cabinet but to hold up a mirror. Are we really building a brilliant place to work? Are we genuinely balancing profit with people and nature? Awards help us test that.

They also give us a stage to celebrate our team: the ecologists, arboriculture consultants, landscape architects, and behind-the-scenes grafters who make Tyler Grange what it is. These are the people who don’t shout about what they do, but deliver every day.

If we’re going to lead, surprise, and inspire, we should be proud to stand up and show the industry how it’s done.

This is what we care about day-to-day: a culture people want to be part of, and a working environment that supports great work without burning people out.

Best employer and wellbeing

The Sunday Times Best Places to Work (2024)

Recognition that our culture is working and that our team experience stacks up against businesses across the UK.

The Sunday Times Best Places to Work (2025)

A second acknowledgment that backs up what we hear internally: people feel supported and able to do their best work.

InsideOut Awards (2024): SME Employer of the Year

A clear signal that we’re not only talking about wellbeing and people-first culture but we’re also delivering it.

Living Wage Foundation: Living Wage Employer accreditation (2024

A simple principle, made real: paying people properly matters, and we’re committed to doing that.

This recognition reflects how we run the consultancy. We want to prove you can be commercially strong and still do things the right way.

Sustainable business

Pro Landscaper Business Awards (2025): Sustainable Company of the Year

Recognition for building sustainability into the business in how we operate and the standards we hold ourselves to.

Pro Landscaper Sustainability Awards (2024): Arboriculture Company

Proof that our arboriculture work is led with a sustainability-first mindset.

Pro Landscaper Sustainability & Biodiversity Awards (2024): Sustainability & Biodiversity Leader (Kay Geoghegan)

A personal award that reflects the expertise and drive inside our team; the kind of leadership that raises the bar for the sector.

Awards are nice. But this category matters for a different reason: we’re talking about outcomes. Complex projects with real constraints and still finding a way to deliver high-quality work.

Technical excellence

BIG Biodiversity Challenge Awards (2023): Habitat Creation: Project of the Year (Winner)

A project win that shows what we’re here for: measurable habitat creation, delivered properly with long-term impact in mind.
